Terms and Conditions of the "Laser Engraving Machine" Giveaway

1. Eligibility:
1.1. The "Laser Engraving Machine" Giveaway (hereinafter, "Giveaway") is open to all users who are active subscribers of the Premium membership of the Laser Business application at the time of the closing date of the Giveaway.

2. Draw Date:
2.1. The Draw will take place on February 24, 2024.

3. Prize:
3.1. The prize consists of an ATOMSTACK S10 / X7 PRO 50W Laser Engraving Machine.

4. Participation:
4.1. All Negocio Laser app Premium membership subscribers are eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

5. Winner Selection:
5.1. The winner will be selected at random through an automated selection process.

6. Notification and Claim of the Prize:
6.1. The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their account in the Negocio Laser application.
6.2. Winner must respond to prize notification within 5 calendar days of notification date.
6.3. The winner must provide the information necessary to deliver the prize, including his/her full name, delivery address and telephone number.

7. Award Ceremony:
7.1. The prize will be shipped from the factory to the winner's country of residence.
7.2. All customs costs and tariffs within the winner's country of residence are not covered and will be the sole responsibility of the winner in order to collect the prize.

8. Winner Publicity:
8.1. The winner agrees that his or her name and photo (if provided) may be used for advertising purposes by Negocio Laser.

9. Modifications and Termination:
9.1. Negocio Laser reserves the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.

10. Compliance with Local Laws:
10.1. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable local laws and regulations and is not available where prohibited by law.

11. Nature of the Draw:
11.1. Users participating in the Giveaway must understand that their Premium membership in the Negocio Laser application is a subscription service that grants access to specific features and benefits of the application. In no event is payment for Premium membership considered a ticket to the Giveaway. The Giveaway is offered as a gift to app subscribers.

12. Draw Modality:
12.1. The Draw will be carried out virtually live through the Facebook Live platform. All participants are invited to follow the Negocio Laser Facebook page at the following address: https://www.facebook.com/negocio.laser/.

13. Minimum Subscriber Requirement:
13.1. For the Drawing to take place on the scheduled date, a minimum of 2000 subscribers will be required on the Negocio Laser Facebook page at the time of the Drawing.
13.2. If, as of the date of the Draw, the minimum of 2000 subscribers has not been reached on the Negocio Laser Facebook page, the Draw will be postponed and a new date will be announced on the Facebook page and in the Negocio Laser application.

By participating in the Giveaway, users confirm that they understand that Premium membership is a subscription service for the Negocio Laser application and that the Giveaway is offered as an additional benefit to subscribers. They also recognize the importance of following the Negocio Laser Facebook page and contributing to achieving the minimum subscriber requirement for the Giveaway to take place on the scheduled date. Negocio Laser reserves the right to modify or postpone the Giveaway if the minimum subscriber requirement is not met.

By participating in the Giveaway, users agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Negocio Laser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions.
